The service
ClubAIO is cloud software for padel and racquet-sport clubs: point of sale records, stock, staff rosters and attendance, memberships, events and competitions, a player portal, reporting, and reconciliation against the club’s own accounting records. Clubs subscribe to the service; their staff and players use it under the club’s account.
ClubAIO reads booking data from Playtomic and accounting data from Xero only where a club connects them, and does not write to either service. ClubAIO does not process card payments. Clubs take payments through their own payment providers.
Codes of conduct and dispute resolution
We do not subscribe to an industry code of conduct or a self-regulatory body, and we are not a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If you have a complaint, email hi@clubaio.com and we will respond within 10 business days. Disputes are dealt with as set out in the terms of service.
Consumers in South Africa may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud where the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 applies. Privacy complaints may be made to the Information Regulator.
Security
The website and service are served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to club data is restricted to authenticated users with the permissions their club grants, and each club’s records are kept separate from every other club’s. ClubAIO does not collect or store card numbers. Our privacy notice describes our safeguards.
